As part of the delegation, Cohen helped lobby members of Congress on a range of issues that impact the promotional products industry and the overall health of the advertising industry including the status of independent contractors, the deductibility of advertising expenses and import legislation.

"Rick Brenner, CEO of Prime, and I met with Congressmen and staff for both Connecticut and New York," said Cohen. "I was impressed with how accessible they were and how aware they are of the power of promotional items.  Their offices were full of promotional products.  Like the rest of us, Congress enjoys receiving impactful giveaways."
